Kobe TGX-309L are seamless, stainless steel flux cored TIG rods applicable for welding dissimilar stainless and ferritic steels.
Notable for one-sided root pass TIG welding without requiring back shielding. Easy to use and economical as no gas shielding required. Use for joining mild steel or low alloy steel to stainless steels, for joining dissimilar stainless steels such as 409 to itself or to 304L stainless, as well as for joining 309 base metals. Contains no molybendum.
